The Villa Olous Team provide an incredible gastronomic experience for clients at the estate. Guests are so immersed in the experiences and services at the villa that many choose to remain on the grounds for the entire duration of their stay.
All menus are carefully chosen in consultation with our house manager Georgia and take into consideration the very best ingredients in season at the time. Almost all products are locally sourced for maximum freshness and an awareness of environmental sustainability in our modern world.
Of course, dietary requirements are discussed in advance so there are no issues with allergies, gluten free restrictions etc.
Breakfast starts the day with a fantastic spread of breads, fruits, meats, cheeses, eggs ordered any way guests prefer, pancakes on request, fresh juices and coffee, teas etc. The table is all laid out and ready to greet people as they come downstairs in the morning.
Lunch is usually a Greek affair, with a wide variety of menu options to select in advance. Usually served down by the pool or on the upstairs terrace, guests can choose from BBQs, salads, dips and a wide variety of local and international dishes.
The highlight of the day is dinner, with our chef pulling out all of the stops for a truly special experience every night. The dining at Villa Olous is as good if not better than what one would find at any of the top five star hotels in the area. Everything is beautifully prepared so guests can enjoy the incredible food, seaside views and fantastic company of their family and friends.

In addition to the three main meals, cocktail hour is a big thing, as are snacks and drinks throughout the day.
There are even special fun things designed for the kids but enjoyed by everyone.
